We handle the U.S. document-review and filing route. Your document type and UAE recipient determine the exact authorities and whether additional work in the UAE is needed.
Tell us what the document is, where it was issued, where the original is now and who in the UAE needs it.
We check certified-copy, school or federal requirements and confirm what is included, any extra UAE-side attestation and international courier costs.
If a physical document is required, we provide mailing instructions after review. If the document is in the U.S., we clarify whether the issuer or someone you authorize can send it.
Depending on the route: state preparation, U.S. Department of State authentication where required, then the applicable VFS/UAE attestation process. Trade documents follow a separate eDAS route.
We confirm the delivery destination and any tracked courier shipment to Dubai, Abu Dhabi or another UAE address. International shipping is quoted separately.
These are starting points, not a universal checklist. The authority receiving your document in Dubai or another emirate can ask for additional attestation or translation.
Use cases: UAE residence applications, family sponsorship, marriage or other requests from a UAE authority. A standard photocopy may not be accepted; the issuing state and certified-copy format matter.
For a UAE employer, university or licensing body, you may need the degree, transcript or additional proof of accreditation. School location, record format and recipient rules affect preparation.
FBI reports and federally issued documents are not state birth certificates. An electronic PDF may be suitable for review; whether a printout or original digital file is acceptable for submission must be confirmed.
Documents certified by a Secretary of State (such as some Good Standing or incorporation records) differ from signed and notarized business documents (such as agreements, authorization letters or commercial powers of attorney). We check the issuer, signing format and UAE bank or authority requirements before suggesting any certification.
These are separate documents used in international trade. UAE MoFA lists a dedicated eDAS 2.0 process for commercial invoices and certificates of origin, including documents issued abroad. This is not the personal-document package.
Federal digitally issued certificates, trademark or patent records, import forms and third-party ISO certificates may have different verification and signing requirements. A downloaded PDF is not automatically eligible for the same digital attestation process.

*U.S. federal and UAE attestation fees are included for eligible personal documents. Processing times depend on government agencies. International shipping and additional services are charged separately.
Send your U.S. company documents for a route review. We can assess Good Standing, incorporation and formation records, company agreements, board resolutions, commercial powers of attorney and export documentation. These are not covered by personal-document pricing.
For multiple documents or help obtaining a U.S. certified company record, ask about a separate document-sourcing or concierge quote. We confirm availability before accepting an order.
Or use the free document-review form below. Corporate and trade services are quoted individually.
Practical answers about U.S. paperwork, Dubai delivery, UAE embassy attestation, prices and special document types.
Yes. You can start with a photo or PDF and discuss the U.S. document route remotely. We’ll confirm whether an original or certified copy must later be mailed and whether someone in the U.S. can send it for you.
Not necessarily. Many orders can begin remotely, but document retrieval, signing or notarization may require action by you, the issuer or an authorized person. We check that before accepting an order.
Generally no. U.S.-issued documents intended for the UAE typically need the relevant U.S. authentication and UAE attestation route. Show us any existing apostille or authentication so we can check what may already be done.
The UAE Embassy in Washington states that its document attestation submissions have been handled through VFS Global since August 21, 2025. The exact pathway depends on the document type; the embassy does not operate as a walk-in option we promise to customers.
Do not automatically notarize a vital record. We first check the official certified copy and its issuing state; privately signed documents have different preparation rules.
Tell us who holds it. We can assess whether a certified copy from the issuing authority or a shipment by a person you authorize is appropriate. Document sourcing is assessed separately, not automatically included.
We review the file, institution and UAE recipient’s requirements first. Digital access for review does not mean a PDF alone is valid for every physical authentication or attestation step.
We can review the U.S. academic records and applicable route. The UAE Embassy lists U.S. institutional accreditation considerations, so confirm exactly which records your employer or licensing body requests.
We can review it and quote the federal route separately. An FBI report is not priced as a standard state-issued birth certificate; the required file version and submission format must be confirmed.
Send a sample with sensitive information redacted, the issuing agency and the UAE recipient’s requirements. We check whether that particular federal or digital record is eligible and quote only if we can handle its route.
No. UAE MoFA’s general digital-attestation service applies to eligible UAE-issued digital documents. A U.S.-issued downloaded PDF does not automatically qualify; trade invoices and Certificates of Origin have a separate eDAS 2.0 system.
We can review these corporate documents for an individual quote. A state-certified Good Standing certificate and a privately signed power of attorney have different initial preparation requirements.
No. A Commercial Invoice states commercial transaction details; a Certificate of Origin identifies where goods originate. UAE MoFA lists both under its separate eDAS 2.0 system. We assess support case by case.
We first check what you need and whether our assistance is available. MoFA’s eDAS 2.0 requires a business account and UAE Pass users; we do not claim that all businesses can use our personal-document filing route.
For the first eligible personal document, Standard starts at $510 and Priority at $685 where available. International shipping to Dubai or other UAE addresses is extra. FBI, company records and trade documents require a separate quote.
The applicable U.S. federal and UAE attestation fees are included in the confirmed eligible personal-document package as specified in your quote. State preparation, extra documents, translations and additional UAE-side work may cost more.
We can review tracked international courier options and quote them after confirming the document, delivery city and route. Do not assume a specific DHL/FedEx carrier or UAE delivery is included in personal starting prices.
Possibly. Your employer, bank, school or UAE authority may require a further local step or translation. Tell us who will receive the document so we can flag that question and quote any additional work separately.
Tell us the date in your first message. Priority is only available when the actual document route permits it; government processing and international delivery are outside any guaranteed turnaround.
Upload the first page and any existing seals and tell us what the UAE recipient asked for. You can leave the issuing agency uncertain instead of selecting the wrong authority.
Use the genuine Tilda form below. Tell us what document you have, where the original is located and which emirate will receive it. We will explain the quote and international shipping options before payment.
Send a scan, tell us where your document is and where in the UAE you need it. We’ll check the route, quote the service and discuss international courier delivery. Corporate and concierge requests are quoted individually.
